About Me

Hi, I’m Kylla — mom to three amazing boys, eternal optimist, and a firm believer that life’s detours often lead us exactly where we’re meant to be.

My journey has been one of resilience, self-discovery, and connection. When I first opened my bakery, it was more than just a place to sell sweets — it was a space to share stories, laughter, and community. Through that experience, I realized something deeper: people weren’t just craving baked goods; they were craving support, encouragement, and understanding.

When the bakery closed, I felt a bit lost, unsure of what my next chapter would hold. On a whim (and a hunch), I signed up for a short online life coaching course — not realizing how much it would change everything. What started as a small step toward something new turned into a profound journey of healing and purpose. I found myself not only learning how to guide others but also learning how to truly care for myself.

That spark inspired me to go further. I completed a more in-depth Life Coaching Certification, followed by a Health, Nutrition, and Wellness course, which deepened my understanding of how the mind, body, and spirit work together. I later graduated from Home Hospice Association’s Death Doula Program, an experience that profoundly shaped the way I support others through loss, compassion, and the sacredness of end-of-life care.

And the learning continues — I’ll be starting my Grief Counselling Certification in November 2025, expanding my ability to help individuals and families navigate their healing journeys with empathy and understanding.

Now, through my online platform, I’m able to connect with others who are walking their own winding paths. Whether it’s through coaching, shared stories, or simple conversation, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to take the next step — no matter how small.

I’ll be honest — I’m not the most consistent poster (organization and I are still learning to get along), but when I do show up, it’s with heart, humor, and authenticity. My kids keep me grounded, my coffee keeps me going, and my curiosity keeps me learning.

My story is a reminder that transformation doesn’t need to be perfect — it just needs to begin. Here’s to embracing every messy, magical, meaningful moment along the way.
