Hi!

My name is Kylla.
My name is Kylla, and my life has been shaped by listening — really listening — to people. Their hopes, their fears, their turning points. Over time, I learned that my purpose is to hold space: with warmth, with patience, and with the kind of calm that lets others breathe a little easier.
I believe in meeting people exactly where they are, and in walking beside them with respect, curiosity, and kindness. This is the heart of my work, and the heart of who I am.
In my everyday life, I’m a mom to three amazing boys — Marshal (10), and my twins, Jackson and Harrison (8). They keep me laughing, humbled, and occasionally negotiating like a full-time diplomat. Our home is also shared with two lovable black Labradors, who believe they are lap dogs despite all evidence to the contrary. Before stepping fully into coaching and end-of-life work, I ran a small-town bakery during the height of COVID. It became so much more than a place for treats; it was a refuge where people came for muffins and left a little lighter, simply because someone listened. Those quiet moments — hands in dough, stories in the air — taught me more about resilience, compassion, and community than anything else. And when life finally slows down, you’ll usually find me curled up with a book, a cup of something warm, and at least one dog trying to sit on me.
